Rental Pricing

Lack of transparency is one of the most frustrating things when planning an event. At Sts. Peter & Paul Social Hall, we want that to be the least of your worries. Our base rental prices are listed below:

Events with 251 people or more

Please note, events with 251 people or more will have an added charge of $250. This is to help cover the set up and cleaning fee that is included in the rental fee.

What's Included

Full Grounds Access 

The entire space, both indoor and outdoor, is available to be used with your rental. Access to the building, bathrooms and stage are also included with this.

*Use of the bar comes with bar pricing and the kitchen is for use by Allie's Cafe & Catering.

Tables & Chairs

All tables and chairs at the venue are available for your use. We have enough round tables, long tables and chairs to accommodate 450 people. These can all be arranged in any way you want them and will even be done for you prior to your event. This does include use of the cocktail tables and chairs around the bar area.

Set Up & Clean Up

Enjoy the day of your event knowing that set up and clean up are completely included with the rental fee. Tables and chairs will be arranged however you want given a layout prior to your event date. At the end of your event, all you need to do is clear out any decorations you may have brought. Let our cleaning team take care of the clean up and tear down for you!

Outdoor Space

Back Patio - Off the Bar

Your guests can enjoy the beauty of the venue's grounds, have a cocktail or grab a breath of fresh air by stepping out on to our back patio. The patio is equipped with tables and chairs for your use. 

The Maple Lane

Many of our events have taken advantage of the lovely maple lined lane that leads to Sts. Peter & Paul Social Hall. Not only does this create a beautiful drive in for  guests, but a beautiful backdrop for photos as well.

Open Spaces

The entire grounds of Sts. Peter & Paul Social Hall sits on 21 acres. This allows for many open and creative spaces to have a wedding ceremony, a large tent for an outdoor party, or even a bounce house or two!

What We Serve

The bar is used for service of all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. We serve fountain coke products, lemonade, cranberry juice and water. We also have a three way license allowing us to serve: wine, beer and liquor. Garnishes for beverages are available upon request for each event.

Licensed Bartenders

Not only do we have a beautiful wooden bar for your use (no make shift table bars here!) we will provide licensed bartenders for you. The number of bartenders needed varies upon number of guests that will be attending the event. The only cost to you  is $150 per bartender.

We are lucky enough to have the exclusive privilege to partner with Allie's Cafe and Catering! Winner of South Bend's 2023 Community Choice Awards for: Best All Around Restaurant, Best Breakfast, Best Brunch, Best Caterer/Catering Company, Best Dessert, Best Family Friendly Dining, Best Lunch and Best Vegetarian/Vegan/Gluten-Free Food - there is no one we would rather partner with! 

Betty, Allie's Mom, and her staff are truly amazing to work with and can cook anything you could possibly want. They have hands down the BEST polish style buffet and they are very affordable. Don't believe us? Pop in to the restaurant any time to try some of their award winning food! Upon booking an event with us, we will work to set you up with Betty for a tasting of the food you would like at your event - you won't be dissappointed!
